Another Thai restaurant will soon spice up Cagayan de Oro City. Siam Thai Cuisine will be establishing its first branch at Rosario Arcade in Limketkai Center. A “Job Openings” tarpaulin has been posted at the site formerly occupied by TOWN Restaurant beside Kyla’s Bistro.

Passed by City Hall yesterday morning and took some fleeting shots of the City Legislative and Administrative Building under construction at City Hall Compound. Good job for the contractor…work is fast….

After taking a closer look at the proposed Limketkai Hotel’s new rendering, I may now say that Cagayan de Oro City’s first high rise will be at least thirty-five (35) storeys.

This is the first shot I took with my almost dead camera batteries. The second is of the hotel (another post). Well, the questions have been answered. The second building being constructed right now beside Gateway Tower 1 is of course Tower 2…and will have eight (8) floors too. I don’t think Limketkai will call it a “twin” if the second building is not eight as circulated in coffee shops.

I just read a news article in a local daily stating that lotto outlets of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) in Cagayan de Oro City recorded the biggest income for the whole of Mindanao in 2009.
