As if the newly opened hotels in Cagayan de Oro City are not enough, BOUTIQUE HOTEL (no official name yet) is set to open soon. Located at the corner of Pabayo and Cruz Taal Streets, the building is a mixed use facility with commercial spaces in the ground floor.

The start of 18 months construction for the Agora Complex Redevelopment Project has began. With the temporary stalls for the vendors completed, the contractor, Mega Farm of Mr. Erwin See has isolated the work area with perimeter fence thus enabling the contractor to speed up construction.

The ground breaking is scheduled today for the Heritage of Misamis Oriental Monument at Gov. Vicente de Lara Park fronting the Provincial Capitol. It is expected that the monument will soon become a major landmark in Northern Mindanao.

ITPI (ITALPINAS “Euroasian design & eco-development corporation”) and ICCP (INVESTMENT AND CAPITAL CORPORATION OF E PHILIPPINES) signed the final agreement of the propriety’s acquisition in “Pueblo de Oro township” (Cagayan de Oro) to develop the first green building condo in Mindanao island (Philippines).
