GV Hotel along Corrales Extension, just beside Capitol University will soon open to serve the public. The hotel facility which is housed within the Triple J Building is part of the GV Hotel Group from the Visayas.

Monte Carlo Realty’s Budgetel opened just right in time for the 93rd Freemasons Annual Convention last April 23-25, 2009. In fact, the driveway was still undergoing finishing on the first day of the convention yet the Budgetel has been fully booked already.

Construction of the legislative building complex beside the city hall has finally started. The project which had its groundbreaking last year together with local government officials from Tainan City in Taiwan, has been idle for several months after the groundbreaking. The flood incidents in January this year also affected the construction schedule.
